Negotiations…
So, there finally was an offer on the house on Sunday. How come it seems it takes less time to negotiate a terrorist out of a hostage situation (win or lose) than it does to decide on the price of an intimate object when said object is a house? There’s a price tag if you’d like to purchase…it’s on the flyer in the front yard. You know how pissed you’d be if the person in front of you in line at Walmart took their $1.29 per lbs apples to the register and said I’ll give you $1.10. After the offer of $1.10 of course there would have to be a counter offer cause you can’t just laugh at the person because you need his money to stay in business. Okay, as long as your not a teenage cashier because they would laugh at you and tell you to move on. So for 2 hours they trade numbers. Keep in mind at some point the buyer had to call his lender to see if he could actually borrow the $1.20 that was agreed upon to pay for the item he doesn’t want to pay full price for. I have a feeling if this happened in Walmart, it would end in a hostage situation with more negotiating. So here I sit… waiting…
