Control…

Do you ever feel like everyone else has complete control of your life and you’re sort of just hanging around to see what happens?  I have to wait till tomorrow to talk to someone about a loan and I have to wait until that person to find out if I can qualify for a loan.  It is very possible that I won’t qualify which means I have to then find someone that has a place for me to live that I find acceptable and they are willing to give me a reasonable price.  On the slim chance someone wants to give me money then I have to wait on a Realtor to find me a decent place to live and a buyer willing to accept my offer and a bank willing to accept the terms.  This home owner then has to agree to give up their home in a few weeks on top of it all so I can move in instead of finding a temporary home.  Did I mention this all has to happen within the span of 6 weeks.  Seven weeks and two days from now, I have no clue where I’m going to be living or where my stuff is going to be and it’s all in the hands of other people.  It seems pointless to even look at this point and I’m not sure if I can even close in time if the buyer is willing due to other circumstances.  I could probably sell my truck for a lesser vehicle but right now it is my backup if I can’t find a place to live…it’s room enough for a twin mattress.  Everyone says it is going to work out and going to be fine and going to get better…but is it?  Wish me luck, because my first “appointment” is tomorrow and hopefully the nice friendly voice on the phone doesn’t laugh me out of his office.  If he does, I may be knocking on your door unexpectedly in the near future.

Closing on a house is one of the most painful experiences I have ever gone through… and I almost had a leg amputated due to a motorcycle accident!! I guess that is why the loan is usually for 30 years, that way you are either dead or have forgotten how terrible the first time was. :)

I still think the Arson idea was the best bet.
Oh if you end up punching the bank loan dude in the face make sure you take a pic of it because you know craig will want it.

This blog spot you have here is pretty bright and cheery, not at all dark, dreary, ominous and semi-goth… looks like the meds must be kicking in! Better living through chemistry is a great philosophy.
