Cross-Blogging
It seems pointless to spend time blogging if no one is reading it. Although, it is some what therapeutic. Everyone knows I’m sort of a new-age geek and enjoy spending my time behind my nice 22″ LCD. When I decided to start this new blog-friendly site I spent a long time deciding the best way to handle making it available to everyone interested in reading and decided I wanted the control of a personal blog instead of using MySpace. That’s when I decided to blog here and use a widget on MySpace with my site’s RSS feed to cross post (yea, I know, geek talk). But with the nice feature on MySpace to see when your subscribed friends update their profile I find myself not randomly visiting profiles to look for updates as frequently. Therefore, I decided I’m going to continue posting here and simply add blog entries to MySpace linking back to my real home. I’m not nearly as ambitious as Rob with his 365 day plan (and yes Rob, I actually read them) but I figured this would at least allow a few people to know when I actually posted something. Hopefully I can give everyone something amusing to read every once in awhile. Enjoy.

cross blogging rules!
can you create a gadget for an igoogle page with the blog?
if so you could soon rule the world.
The best part is I don’t have to create the igoogle gadget, you can do it on your own. Just go to “Add Stuff” and then “Add feed or gadget” and use “http://coreymatejka.com/feed” as your link.
