The Only Lap You Have to Lead Is the Last Lap
I wasn’t planning to post a lot of racing videos cause I’m guessing the average person would find them boring. I’m pretty slow on posting anything these days cause I’m pretty busy but, tonight’s video is worth posting. They always say the only lap you have to lead is the last lap and tonight I went from 6th to 1st in less than half a lap. It just happened to be the last lap. Okay, this wasn’t the ONLY lap I led in the race but I was not planning to win tonight. The front pack was 6 cars and I was fighting for 5th place when the white flag came out. There were two accidents in front of me and luckily I drove through both of them. Actually…I drove UNDER one of the accidents and then made a pass in the grass to take the checkered flag. The first view is what I saw as the racing was drawing to a close. The second view is from the track camera focused on one of the lead cars. This angle best displays all the accidents. And what is a win without a little victory celebration. Enjoy the excitement of online racing. I could actually feel my pulse in my neck once the race was over… you gotta love it!
