The only source of media I have available right now is the radio.  I haven’t watched TV for weeks (aside from catching a little bit of the race Sunday) and I have no audio equipment hooked up (including to the computer).  I’ve been forced to listen to music someone else is picking out with commercials in between.  In a way it’s sort of peaceful to not feel obligated to watch the TV.  I’ve also noticed I seem to be getting fewer instant messages, text messages and emails.  I realize I’m busy and I probably won’t respond promptly anyawy, but I feel like this new home is sort of located in a void of existance.  Which is funny because I felt the same way about the house.  The house was completely different though than this.  Maybe this will feel more like home soon, not that it doesn’t but I’m tired of crawling over boxes and trying to clear a path by bedtime every night.  Luckily, I’m done moving really.  I have a few things left (less than a truck load).  The garage is a disaster so once I get the apartment organized it will be time to magically compress everything into a 5 x 10 space in the garage so I can fit my truck in there.  I can already tell the truck hates the parking lot here!  As much as I’d like to keep typing I must retire for the night.  Apparently I brought the sleeping disorder to the new place so I’m running on an hour of sleep from last night.  Plus… everyone really has better things to do than read this.
